Work of Leaders Group Report

Discussion questions can help group members have a dialogue about the implications of the group’s tendencies.

Summary pages provide information on the group’s greatest strengths and challenges, as well as concrete steps toward action.

The 34-page report provides group-level data on preferred behaviors based on leadership best practices. Group data is presented in graphs, along with individual data for each continuum. The group data will help facilitators understand which best practices come most and least naturally to the group.

Unlike the Everything DiSC Work of Leaders^® Facilitator Report, individual names do not appear in this report and it includes a Group Action Plan page. This is a great report to share with your group and extend their engagement and learning.
